beautiful, kind of stiff

I like my Sultana vest--gorgeous quilted detailing, beautiful lavender color--but it's not love because I find it to be a little stiff and the fabric does not give, so it's fine for walking but if I'm doing anything more vigorous, I find that it constricts my movement. The collar is somewhat high and gets in the way sometimes, but maybe that's just me! It does provide some thermal protection, though, so I'm okay with it, just not wowed.
