Awesome Customer Service

My wife bought me a pair of these for my B-day after taking my other pair for herself. Having had these glasses before, I know that I really like the glasses and that they work great. Well, when I got these they stopped working during the 1st time I used them. Not a big deal as these things happen. Monday morning I contacted Backcountry.com and discussed the problem with them. They trusted my judgement as to the issue and asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. When I told them I wanted a replacement, they immediately sent me a return shipping label and processed a new order to send a replacement pair of glasses to me the same day, without waiting to get the original pair back AND sent them priorty delivery! That is incedible customer service. I would highly recommend these guys and will continue shopping their site from here on out. Thank you for the great service!
