Perfect wind/rain jacket

I bought this one when I had "lost" one just like it and could not go without it the 2 weeks it took for it to turn up. So now I have two, but they are great and now I can keep one in the car for whatever weather pops up. Also this one is a perfect "Carolina Blue" for those who want to show their UNC National Championship Tar Heel spirit off.
