Water Resistant? more like Water HESITANT (Oh YEAH!)

I am writing this review for my girlfriend. She bought this jacket hoping the description would be true to its word, but the jacket offers little besides looks. Knowing that it doesn't provide any insulation, she was hoping that it would keep her dry in the rain. The jacket soaks up all water it touches... it soaks it ALL up. There is NO water resistant (hence my very clever title). It is HESITANT to touch water because it knows it would soak it up (touché), All in all, this is a horrible jacket. It does look nice though... 2 stars.
