Packvest is a great idea, hydration system was awful

The pack vest fits great and doesn't move when you run, which is fantastic for running. However, the hydration system should've been outsourced to Camelback, for the bite valve is far harder to open and may cause your jaw to become very painful after even just a 24-hour race. A shock cord running through the waistline of the vest would've been helpful to hold the garment in place while removing things from the pockets. I recommend this pack only if you have your own hydration system and are comfortable with it. Otherwise, I think they ought to sell the pack without a hydration system (and drop 10-15 bucks off the price) or offer it with a choice of hydration systems as a package deal.
