The switchback was an execellent backpack with superior quality and exactly as described on the backcountry website. However, I did not realize how large it was - almost as big as me! I am 5' tall and it was way to big for me to manage. But the customer service at backcountry was so good and the staff helped me select a replacement and return the backpack. My replacement arrived within a few days and the backpack was picked up at my home by UPS. I highly reccomend backcountry.com for any product they provide. They are so responsive!!
