I am suggesting the purchase of these Columbia pants because based on my experience you will get a good fit and longevity in wear time. I am not disputing the fact that there are leaner price points out there but low cost today may mean poor fit. I am a 36 29 but starting a few years ago due to the advent of overseas manufacturing, an Internet order always meant a trip to the tailor because in the $35 range, the construction was poor. Columbia is a mainstay in the outdoor clothing sector and you are purchasing from a well heeled and polished website. That is why I recommend these pants from Columbia.
