Love the color but not the material

It's a very nice fleece jacket but since I am only getting one a year, I ended up returned the fleece jacket and got a land's end windbloc and water resistant.
Reason:
1. The material is too thin, I don't think it's windproof
2. It does not shed water
3. The material looks like it would pill after wash.
If you are getting your little one more than one fleece jacket, then it's a great looking fleece jacket. I love the price and color.

Getting a kid's Ballistic Fleece would have given you windproofness as well as water restistance. Both fleeces are pill resistant.
