This is my first softshell and I love it. I'm 5' 10" 175 and got a large. Has just enough room for my R2. My wife talked me into the Carrot and it's a little loud but it's growing on me. One thing, it DOES NOT have a wrist pocket and only the one interior MP3 pocket, they need to change their description. Got this on S&C so got a smokin' deal!
