The 2009 Houston pants are comfortable, stylish and a vastly improved from 2008's. They come with an inside layer that can be tightened at the waist so as to prevent snow from going in, and can also be removed. The inside layer is also a bit thicker than the pair from last yr, so as to keep you warmer. Also, the snap buckle doesn't pop off the way last yrs did.
