Fits great; even without chest strap it stays put without bouncing or moving at all. If I didn't hear the water sloshing, I'd almost forget I had it on. The opening can be a little hard to loosen at first, but after using it a couple times it was fine. Have not experienced any tainting with water or sports drinks. I typically run 12+ miles at a time on the trail and have plenty of water left over. The pocket holds my keys/phone so I can keep my hands free and still have my phone available in case of emergency.
