I really like these pants now that I sent back the large and got xl. The North Face size chart is wrong. If you are a 36 to 38 you need to order xl. I don't think it is fair that I had to pay for return shipping because of this error.

Hello PRW317... Tho the best of my knowledge, BC has a very good return policy. So good, that once the return is authorized and you get a RA#, you should be able to print the UPS shipping label from the returns tab under your account. I hope this will help with future orders.
