"Fantastic investment" - Review of Suunto Observer Watch Stainless Steel with Elastomer Band

This is my first altimeter watch; I always thought they were more of a novelty than a necessity. But the altimeter and compass functions were vital on a recent backcountry trip to the Coalpit. It's light, strong, stylish (much smaller than other Suunto models) and packed with so many features I haven't had a chance to learn about yet.
