Yes, it Is VERY light. but seems well built. Has a nice sealed seam interior liner. (white/gray).
The hood rolls up and can be velcroed down- i dont do that.
I have the XL- it seems a tiny bit large for me- I am 6'2 around 200- the arms are PLENTY long- even for me- that usually is a problem for alot of long sleeve stuff with me.
I did get it cheaper locally, but It was a sale and seems to be around $120 wherever i looked.
