this shirt is pretty tough and will be a good addition to your layering. I got the Large and feel that the sizing is smaller than you would think. I am so happy i didnt buy the Medium based on "ronin sariq"s review. In fact i maybe should have gotten the XL even though there is no XL in my closet.....

How big are you (how tactless am I :)? I am 5'11" and 215, should I get large or XL?
