Metolius crash pad.. just enough!
By roguengineer
Ranked #364 - Climbing Ropes and Bouldering Pads
March 29, 2003
I was looking for a bouldering crash pad that would be just enough to protect me from ankle injuries, yet be small and light enough to not be a burden on a 40 minute approach. The medium size pad does a great job of balancing between weight and size.
How about a crash pad that opens up to a 2'x6' length, and folds to 2'x3'? I'd buy it and use it for a sleeping pad as well!
