These are pretty comfortable boots. First set of backcountry boots. Much more comfortable than my old cross country boots. Use them with Rotefella Magnum bindings on Rossignol BC-70's. These boots are warm and water resistant. I have also used them for snowshoeing and found the them to be comfortable for several hours in the cold. The tongue is a little big and they do need to break in some. The lacing system is wierd but you get used to it. It is difficult to get a tight fit but is possible with a little tweaking a few minutes into your skiing. Very comfortable off the skiis as well. Was even able to drive a short distance with them on.
