I bought both the Velox 2 and 3 before choosing. Amazingly, despite it's light weight, it is actually a 3 person tent, not a it's-called-3-but-really-for-two like usual. It feels twice as big as the two. Velox 2 is a close two person, but the 3 is a spacious 3 person with tons of ventilation, dual vesitibules entrances, super long (I'm 6'1 and I have tons of room).
I'm actually returning it and keeping the 2, but only because I have no need for an actual 3 person tent.
