Often times, pieces in the anchor are spread out just enough to make tying off a master point impossible. It's gimmicky and not versatile enough to be worth carrying.

" better off carrying 20-30' of cordelette...." This is essentially just like using 20-30' of cordelette, depending on if you get the 10' or 15' length. It's a great design. I've been using the Mountain Tools 'web-o-lette' (same idea) and have found so many great uses for it.

I completely agree, it is nice if the situations perfect but honestly how often does that happen, better off carrying 20-30' of cordelette.
