Ranked #458 - Men's Ski Jackets

This jacket is bomb-proof. I've never owned a shell that was this tough and light at the same time. This jacket fits true to size. I learned the hard way by ordering a size up to find the larger was too big. Remember, the more room (air space) you have after you have you layer, the colder you will be. I am a 41 inch chest with 34 inch arms and the Medium fits me like a glove with enough room that I don't feel constricted. The powder skirt is designed well and the stow-able hood/collar is probably the best feature on this jacket. You don't even need a balaclava on the mountain with this high collar. I've read some people's reviews saying that the collar was too rigid, but I don't agree with that. The only complaint (and it's not a deal breaker) I have about the jacket is that it would be nice to have a lift-ticket window on the arm, like the Sidewinder. It's not a cheap shell, but you pay for what you get in Arc'teryx.
