Like the Drawstring

Ranked #465 - 25 to 5 Degree Synthetic Bags
March 5, 2009
I packed this bag into Rockies backcountry in September of 2008. I just checked night temps at Grand Lake during that time, and it showed mid 20s into the 30s for lows during that week, so I bet it was in the teens at night on the trail with the increased elevation.
It was COLD at night, and I was geared up with wool socks, long johns, fleece, etc. The drawstring was a lifesaver, plus I like having a bag I can move around in a bit, which makes this one pretty sweet. Don't press it on the temps, though. If I had it to do over, I would have preferred to be a bit warmer.
