Good jacket, annoying pit-zippers

I wore this jacket on a two-day ski trip and it kept me really dry and warm. However, one of the zippers in the venting section got stuck on the mesh material there and the only way to get it unstuck was to rip part of the material -- very annoying since I now have a large hole in one of the venting sections.
The sizing is loose and relaxed. Also note that the jacket is fairly heavy due to all the zippers and magnets and the durable exterior material.
