The slippers I originally purchased for my 85-year-old dad were too small. I wanted to get him the replacement size as quickly as possible so I ordered the larger size prior to returning the original pair. You guys notified me when the returned pair was received and credited my card. I wish the local retailers were that easy to work with. Thanks, Mike
