I've had this rope for over a year and it's my go to rope when I need a top rope. It never gets wet (dry treatment), and has only recently started to get fuzzy... more due to ice climbing then anything else. Not the lightest rope, but very durable. I'll miss it when it retires... As for washing it.. I got rope wash off ebay and it spruced up the rope right quick like. Just follow the directions on the bottle.
