great quality features but...

the styling is good, the fabric is great (really warm and thick), the waistband is unusually comfortable, it's got great little grippers on the leg openings. that said, the whole package is brought down by an unusually HUGE chamois. it's so big it hangs up on my saddle, it bunches up, it hangs off my ass... seriously, what were they thinking? the saddle just isn't that big castelli. i wear a size xs and perhaps they put a larger chamois in mine, i dunno, but i have very mixed feelings about these but suck it up when the weather's cold and try to ignore the big ol' diaper back there.
