Well I don't mean to exaggerate the issue here,But It IS that bad. When I tried to get my skis warrantied, I got nothing from Salomon but the guy at the World Cup(Girdwood, AK) that I submitted the warranty to just fixed them for free and did a damned good job of it. They still lasted me a year before the edge ripped out though. I still use them because they are the best pair of skis that I have ever owned(performance wise).
