Burton P1.1 Snowboard Binding

Item #BUR3248 | 84 in Stock

Solid Binder

By Ranked #97 - Snowboard Bindings February 18, 2009

Since 2004, I have been riding the 04 P1s and now the 08 P1s, and both have been solid performers. They have matched up well with my old burton rulers and now my 32 lashed. They might not be the stiffest binding out there, but I have never felt like I needed more support, and there is still enough flex to let you tweak grabs, etc.
One of my biggest gripes with bindings is when the ratchets slip (usually on cold, snowy days) and neither of my sets of P1s has even done that.
The straps are super comfortable, and the bindings are still very responsive even when the straps aren't really tightened down.
Definitely recommended.
Only potential issue, not really a biggie, is that the baseplate is only padded on the Burton 3 hole version, not the 4 hole version; so if you don't have a burton board and this is a big deal to you, might be something to consider.
