I've used various other trekking poles and none have been as comfortable or easier to use than the Leki Super Makalu's. When they're locked, they're locked. Better than some poles I've used that would unlock for no reason. The 15 degree angle of the grips is extremely comfy and the shock absorption is wonderful!
