These gloves are hands-down fantastic. They are well made, and warm. They have a leather palm and rubberized palm print for gripping. The only downside is they are designed for a slight bend in the knuckle, so it's hard to truly straighten out your hands. Also, because the gloves are somewhat thick at the tops of the fingers, dexterity is a bit hard. However, I think the former problem may relax after continued wearing. BTW, have worn them in 16 degree weather, and remained warm. A+
