We live in Central Washington. It's been below freezing for quite a while. I got these boots for my daughter as her boots from last year were leaking. These Baffin Bananas keep her feet warm and dry for hours. They also help keep her legs warm as they come up almost to her knees. She is 4'9" tall. There's no downside to these boots.
