Long lasting wetness protection

Okay, that title sounds like a tampon commercial. Great pants, easy to slip on and off, good crotch cut for walking. Very little chafing, not too much swish swishing when walking. What can I say... good rain pants, kept me dry in a deluge and in wet sloppy snow. PreCip is great material, very much like TNF's HyVent. Ideally I'd like Gore-Tex but my bank account kept me from having my druthers.
