I bought a pair of these to replace my old Nordica W7.1's & have been very pleased with their performance & comfort. I heat molded them at home using a tutorial off Teton Gravity Research forums. Initially, the fit was a bit constrictive (compared to the cushy liners in my old boots), but they broke in nicely after 4 or 5 days of skiing. The custom fit liners are excellent - firm, but comfy & warm. The flex is about the same as my Nordicas (100 flex index) but much more progressive. They are about half the weight of my old boots & have a very natural flex. I think the flex characteristics of this boot have made me a better skier, and they completely eliminate shin bang! They are extremely easy to get into and out of. If you've got a pretty narrow, low volume foot, these are worth checking out. My only complaint is the cable closure system - it works just fine, but can be a bit harder to micro-adjust compared to conventional buckles.
