Great Softshell Pants

I recently picked up a pair of these in the Llama Brown and they are amazing. The softshell fabric is extremely breathable and lightweight - they make a great backcountry touring pant. With waterproof knees and butt, they also would work great on inbounds days where it is slightly warmer. I am a natural 34 waist, but I purchased a 36 as they are a very athletic fit and size a little small. The 36 fits me perfectly (good room for a capeline underlayer or even performance fleece), but still snug enough so there is not wasted fabric. The pants have side thigh vents, but due to the breathability, they are probably unncessary. My only gripe was that the gaiters on mine are nut very snug on my boots, but I do not anticipate that being a problem. As with most Patagucci products, the construction and quality of these is perfect. I 100% recommend these as a backcountry ski/touring pant.
