Runs big

I usually wear a size 9 and ordered these in that size and they were too big. They also had extra material around the ankle that bulked out and I thought they looked funny. I was expecting something more fitting. They were also not that comfortable on the inside. They seemed hard. I was sad that they didn't work because they look so cute. I ended up with the Lhasa which I love but had to order a size up in that boot because they run small! You would think that the sizing would be more or less the same in the Salomon line of boots, but it is not!
