Way too big...not for petite women

I have no doubt that the coat would be warm, but it was way too big in all the wrong places. I am 5'0" and 120 lbs, and per the gear specialist, I ordered a medium. It was so awful on, that I was not confident that a small would fit and simply made the return as opposed to an exchange. It hit me in the mid-calf, the waist was at my hips, and the hands couldn't even be seen.
