disappointed in XS sizing

My size: XS in most, including other OR products. Fairly slim with a petite frame.

Small: fits too long in the sleeves and too wide in the shoulders, but has good body length.

XSmall:
- STILL too long in the sleeves
- STILL too wide in the shoulders
- too short in the body length
- sleeves are so tight around my forearms I have difficulty taking the jacket off, and would be unable to wear even the thinnest long sleeved shirt underneath.

Where's my size? I love this item but my arms are apparently just not long and skinny enough. WTF?
