The shade change is very fast, and is working well on snow to shade and back, very easy on my old eyes. Light transmittal seems about perfect. Optical clarity is excellent, with no distortion.
These glasses are very resistant to fogging, and under some pretty extreme temperature changes; best I have experienced.
They are also light and comfortable to wear.
I like the larger size of these glasses, the side protection is very good and blocks excess light even on open snow(these are ANSI approved for all you working folk).
