Gear Review
Hate to admit it, but these are good

These are some good pants. I typically do not purchase NF stuff but needed a quick solution for a 7-day jaunt into the wilderness (the NF logo is low-profile so nobody knows anyway). Hated to pay this much, too. But these guys are worth every penny. I cut the integrated belt out and removed some unnecessary tags, loops, et al. and now they are my one pair of bottoms for packing or even any kind of travel. Don't even need a back-up pair. I have slid over boulders, bushwhacked thru thorn-fields and just abused the crap out of these and the most damage was caused getting the pant leg caught in my bicycle chain just riding down the street. Drying time was a little more than expected but not intolerable. Hate to do it but I highly recommend; these are an investment.
