they are a powerful base layer and they do stretch!!! i am 6'4 and 220 i bought a medium and they fit like a glove im sure i could wear a large but i like them tight. and there plenty long enough. and so warm when i need them to be and not to warm when its not to cold.

Will these work for biking? All my pants get ruined by my bike chain and gears, I'm looking for something that'll be tight enough around my lower legs to avoid that fate, warm and cheap.
