I have a somewhat small noggin' and this hat fits perfect. It's completely itch free thanks to the fleece lining, and kept my head nice and warm up in VT recently in sub-zero weather. Liked the BC label so much I grabbed the Himal Beanie too... can't beat the pom-pom! Highly recommended.
