I use this jacket to run in the cold winter mornings and its great! Even when it's 15-20 degrees out, I wear a light moisture wicking shirt underneath, and that's all I need. The fit is great for running, its slim and doesn't make too much noise. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to keep warm without a lot of bulk!
