I am very happy with my 2XT. It is big enough for 2 and has 2 doors and 2 vestibules so each person has a place for their pack and you can get in and out without disturbing the other person. I have camped in a couple of brutal Texas thunderstorms in the tent and it has always been dry and stable in the wind. My only real complaint with the Apex 2XT is that the zippers on the vestibule doors are only accessible from the outside, so to close up the tent you have to lay down in the vestibule and reach under the fly to close the zipper the last few inches. The build quality is very good and it is light enough for hiking, but still roomy enough for comfy car camping.
