This top is great for layering on colder days, for me. I'm a pretty warm blooded person, so on normal days around 20 to 30, this top is too warm for me, so I would go with the LT top if you ski on warmer days. I got the Large and am 6'1, 190, athletic build, and it fits pretty well with just a regular base layer or under armour under. It's not tight like under armour, but fits snug like a mid layer should. Overall, a great peice to add for colder days and has that great Arc' Teryx performance I've come to love.
