second times a charm.. hopefully!

i love the fit and layering this jacket offers great material. when i received the sweater i notice four of the letters had come off the arm badge, not a big deal i just peeled the rest off, however, after wearing for four hours the back panel had an eight inch rip that i didn't notice until the next day. the wool is so soft that it seems to be the flaw. I love the fit and material so much i have exchanged it and am hoping the second times a charm.
