Really nice for the price

I just took this pack out for a 3-day OHT trip. I was able to stuff more than enough gear into the pack for the duration, even considering it was rather cold weather. The material, zippers and cinches all look like they are very durable and will hold up well for many more excursions.

The pack had all the adjustments I needed to make it comfortable for wearing on long hikes. I did not have any trouble with my hips or shoulders throughout the trip. I set out with about 30 pounds of gear.

My only real complaint with this pack is the small opening for the topmost (lid/cover) compartment. They could've made the zipper a little longer. It was slightly difficult to stuff items in there. Gregory packs I've used in the past had much longer zippers for that part.

All in all, I am VERY satisfied with this purchase. I would definitely consider buying another Vaude when I'm in the market for a pack again.
