The Monsoon Jacket is one hell of a value. Yes, Hyvent is no match for Gore-tex, but this jacket performs well in the rain and I also use it snowboarding on warmer days. The length is perfect (longer than most TNF jackets) so it easily keeps the snow from getting down your backside.
