the jacket is nice. soft, comfortable, and the red is very nice. two negatives; the sleeves are a tad short and the snow skirt sucks unless you are too fat to wear the jacket in the first place.
update - sleeves were too short. GF wore it for a season then backcountry let us return it. BACKCOUNTRY ROCKS.

Good to know re: powder skirt. That is a component I am interested in. Is this powder skirt "issue" true to all Marmot jackets?
