2009 Big Daddy
By David
Ranked #1474 - Big Mountain Freeride Skis
December 18, 2008
Skied these today at Shames.120cm in the last week, then got high winds and Artic freeze. It is wind blown/ cut up crap. Very happy with the performance on the bump runs. It's rockered tip helps flow over almost everything, It is a little light (BETA) so it cannot mash through everything. I had the first gen of these with a touring binding and I think these will be better. Groomed slopes are not a high point unless you like big turns on hard snow or skidding your skis. These skis are made for soft snow and that is where they shine. If your looking for a ski with a rocker tip and a stiff tail, there not much out there, this could be the one for you.
