As most have stated below, this is a solid pair of pants. I have worn them all over the world and have never been dissapointed. They dry really quickly and never seem to wear out. Mine have been to the top of mountains all over the cascades and rockies, and to the desert of Iraq and Somalia. I will buy these pants as long as TNF makes them. Although I will say that I've never zipped the legs off. never really found the need...
