Burton 3L Hybrid Jacket

Item #BUR2181 | 0 in Stock

Underperforms

By Ranked #338 - Men's Snowboard Jackets December 12, 2008

This is a mediocre jacket that does not perform as the price indicates it should. In my experience it is excessively baggy, and poorly designed. For example, the hood does not fit over an average sized helmet when the jacket is zipped up. The waterproofing on this jacket seems very average. Your money would be much better spent on a gore-tex jacket, which you should be able to find for around the same price.

i'm super stoked that the hood doesn't fit over a helmet. i think all of those "other brand" jackets with the monster hoods look absolutely ridiculous, and the hoods are super loose and floppy. this jacket's hood fits perfectly over a beanie to keep you toasty when it's really coming down, or when the wind is howling.

Do some research about your products before you give them poor reviews. This jacket is designed to be a loose fit--baggy--read the description or visit Burton's website. The waterproofing is exactly as the product describes, and good luck purchasing a fleece lined GoreTex jacket of this style for this price point. You also gave the Burton 3L pants a poor review for the exact same reasons, and misquoted the 20000k breathable rating for waterproof rating. If you hate Burton, don't buy it!
